SHORT FILM MAKING COMPETITION

There is competition for film making enthusiasts. Anyone irrespective of age, education or any other limitation can send a film which he or she has shot in recent past (not earlier than one year). You can use computer or mobile apps to edit and enhance the film.

Terms and Conditions :-

1. Film should be of HD quality.

2. Duration of the film should be 2 to 5 minutes

3. Any sort of indecency in story, dialogues and content etc. will not be allowed.

4. Steps to submit the film:- (a) Shoot film from mobile or camera (b) edit it using mobile apps or software (c) upload it on YouTube and send us the link of your film along with the fee detail.

5. Fee for participation is Rs. 500/- which you can send through electronic exchange. Kindly send email or call us for details of e- payment.

6. Send details such as 

YouTube Link of the film,

Camera / Mobile Phone and Software or Apps used,

Participant Name,

Age,

Occupation,

Affiliation with organization (if any),

Address,

Email,

Mobile number

along with an identity proof (photo or scan)

Fee Receipt Details *

(Participants may kindly deposit the fee  on spot as well)

to email icemtsee@rediffmail.com latest by 15^th March 2017. Selected films will be showcased on 18^th March 2017 and participation certificates will be issued to all films. The best film would be awarded with a prize.

7. Participant have to send the following declaration- “DECLARATION - I declare that the information provided above is accurate and the work submitted is my own work and plagiarism of any kind will lead to disqualification even if found at a later date. I also understand that the organizers of the “International Conference on Emerging Multimedia Technology for Social Equity and Empowerment” can site or quote my film in their future communication also. I also agree that the decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding.” - Signature: {since it is an electronic document, write your name]

8. Participant may copy-paste the above content in email while sending the email.

10. Organisers and jury hold the rights to select and reject the films as parameters set by them. Any dispute if arises will be settled by the institution. 

11. All films will be showcased on this website for future reference.
